Position Summary This position is ideal for technicians with some residential experience and strong customer communication skills. As a Selling HVAC Tech, you'll diagnose problems, present multi-option solutions, and guide homeowners toward smart repair or replacement decisions. You'll be trained to master the close — and get paid like a top producer. We'll train the right candidate technically, but some HVAC or residential service experience is required.
