Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial & industrial HVAC systems Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and system inspections Service equipment such as RTUs, split systems, and large-scale mechanical systems Communicate clearly with customers and team members on findings and solutions Accurately document service work, parts used, and recommendations Follow all safety standards and company procedures Requirements 3+ years of HVAC service experience (commercial/industrial preferred) EPA Universal Certification (required) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with commercial HVAC equipment and service calls Valid driver's license (required with no DUIs in last 3 years) Ability to pass a drug screen Benefits 100% Company-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision (BCBS & Guardian) $500 Tool Allowance Weekly Call-Out Bonus (rotating schedule) Up to 4 Weeks PTO + 9 Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Steady, year-round commercial/industrial work No residential service calls 4

Day Work Week Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
