  • Immediate Hiring for Commercial HVAC Service Technician!

$40-$50 an hour!!!
  • Job Description
  • This role focuses on providing expert service, maintenance, and repair of complex commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
You will work on rooftop units, VRF and VAV systems, chillers, and commercial refrigeration equipment, using your advanced diagnostic skills to ensure reliable operation for a wide range of commercial facilities. The position is geared toward experienced technicians with 3-5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service background and offers the opportunity to work with large-scale systems rather than residential equipment.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and large-scale equipment.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced electrical and mechanical issues across HVAC systems and components. + Service and maintain VRF systems such as Mitsubishi City Multi and Daikin, ensuring proper operation and performance. + Service and maintain VAV systems, including dampers, controls, and related components. + Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial chillers, with a preference for experience on reciprocating chillers. + Diagnose, service, and repair walk-in coolers, freezers, and commercial kitchen equipment such as reach-ins and prep tables. + Conduct preventive maintenance to identify potential risks, extend equipment life, and ensure optimal system performance. + Respond to and perform emergency service calls in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. + Service exhaust hoods and make-up air systems to ensure proper ventilation and safe operation. + Clean, adjust, and repair equipment while completing warranty-related work in accordance with manufacturer requirements. + Maintain accurate and detailed daily service logs, work orders, and documentation for all jobs performed. + Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations, safety standards, and internal company procedures. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to support diagnostics and repairs. + Use diagnostic testing tools and methods to evaluate system performance and identify issues. + Collaborate with team members and office staff to coordinate schedules, communicate job status, and support customer needs.

  • The pay range for this position is $52000.
00 - $104000.00/yr. Company pays 100% of benefits for employee and 75% of dependent through Cigna. $600 deductible. Diagnostics covered.50% 401k match up to 4%$25/day when on call and $25/day when on call backup. Rotation based on headcount.
