Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Your expertise will help deliver comfortable indoor environments across various properties, contributing to safety and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated service technician with a passion for mechanical systems and property maintenance to make a tangible impact every day. Responsibilities Service and repair HVAC systems including ducted/ductless residential and light commercial Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan. Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other diagnostic devices. Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems including pipe repairs and refrigerant charging Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection reports for all completed tasks. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during all service activities. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair, welding, boiler operation, and property maintenance. Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding HVAC design principles to facilitate accurate troubleshooting. Hands-on experience as a service technician working with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems. Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC installations and repairs. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for electrical troubleshooting. Experience in field service environments with the ability to manage multiple jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Valid driver's license; comfortable driving between job sites. Ability to interpret technical schematics and diagrams accurately for precise repairs or installations. $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
