HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Technician Engineered Comfort, Inc. is looking for an experienced HVAC technician position. Engineered Comfort, Inc is a design-build mechanical engineering company that specializes in high performance indoor environments. Our purpose is to develop high performance indoor environments that make homes more efficient, comfortable, and healthy. The mission of our company is to install efficient systems to maintain the integrity of a high quality custom home. The work of HVAC technicians is often covered up by walls and hidden in crawlspaces and attics. Many people will use this as an opportunity to install things the easy way - we do not hire those people. Every home we produce for our clients is high performance. We are specifically looking for someone with several years of service who has the capacity to run service calls as well as manage the technical aspects of HVAC installs in high end custom homes. This includes zone systems, geothermal units, variable speed controls, etc. The expectation for this position is a high level of integrity We are a small, family owned company that is not owned by private equity. Our workmanship is our only advertisement. As such, the majority of our service calls are for customers whose houses we helped build. We are not out chasing large amounts of new customers - there is no minimum quota of calls for technicians to run nor is there any expectation to sell anything to a customer. This position needs to be filled by someone who enjoys fixing simple and complicated problems with solutions that are in the best interest of the customer.
