What You'll Do:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per week Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in a similar field service role with a solid understanding of HVAC/R systems. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair, boiler operation, appliance repair, property maintenance, and welding. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, ammonia refrigeration systems, and electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters. Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately to troubleshoot complex systems efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus. Construction experience or background in mechanical trades is highly desirable. Knowledge of plumbing, refrigeration (including ammonia systems), air conditioning units, and boiler operations. Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining safety standards at all times. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
