Applicant needs to meet the following criteria:

• Diagnose most HVAC system problems and recommend repairs
• Advanced skills in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment ( 3-5 years min )
• Experience making repair and replace decisions and relay to customer.
• Perform planned maintenance visits on residential and light commercial equipment
• Able to work on a wide range of equipment and manufacturers
• Advanced knowledge of electrical and refrigeration principles
• Ability to communicate well with homeowners, general contractors, vendors and co-workers
• NATE certification preferred Required
• Outstanding customer service skills required
• Must have mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a valid drivers' license with clean driving record
• Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times . Must have own tools Must be able to work:
• Alternating/staggered schedule (if required)
• After hours and weekend calls as required
