Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions efficiently and effectively. Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system operations and maintenance. Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to management. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Stay up to date with the latest industry technologies and best practices through ongoing training.

Qualifications:

5+ years of HVAC experience in commercial settings. Strong personal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to troubleshooting. Ability to pass a criminal background check and maintain a good driving record. EPA Certification required. 3 years of boiler experience is preferred.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position Monday - Friday with potential for overtime as needed
