The Big Task:

You will service our customer's HVAC systems as well as lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Fantastic customer service skills, our customers want to feel like they're with a home service superhero! Desire to learn and grow. EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes. Superior troubleshooting, repair, and installation skills. Driver's license with a clean background. Ability to draw simple diagrams, and read blueprints and other diagrams.

Key Sub Tasks:

Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams. Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out. Keep your truck inventory up to date. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Participate in training giving you the tools you need to grow and develop as a professional.
