Yearly Performance Reviews:

We believe in continuous improvement and offer yearly performance reviews to ensure you're on track and rewarded for your hard work. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential HVAC systems, completing repairs correctly on the first visit whenever possible Performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable system operation Clearly explaining findings, repair options, and preventive maintenance recommendations to homeowners Presenting and discussing additional services, upgrades, and maintenance plans when appropriate Responding promptly to dispatched service calls and manage daily work orders efficiently Maintaining organized service vehicle inventory, tools, and parts to support timely repairs Accurately documenting work performed, parts used, and service details in company systems (ServiceTitan experience a plus) Following all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment Communicating effectively with dispatch, managers, and team members to support smooth operations Maintaining a professional appearance, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance

Required Skills and Abilities:

4 or more years of HVAC experience in a residential capacity preferred Service Titan experience preferred Experience providing options for additional services and/or replacement systems Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with customers. Demonstrated excellent communication conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and pitch in as needed. Computer skills and use of electronic devices for scheduling, invoice creation and communication to staff and customers required. Must be able to work on a ladder. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. #HVAC1
