HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial clients. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini splits Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations Maintain accurate service records and documentation Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies Respond to emergency service calls as needed Qualifications HVAC certification (EPA Section 608 required) 2+ years of HVAC service experience Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in confined spaces, attics, rooftops, and varying weather conditions Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods Benefits Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Bonuses/Commissions Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan (401k) Company vehicle and gas card Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities
