The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The HVAC Technician will work with a variety of equipment and must possess mechanical knowledge and the ability to read schematics. Responsibilities Install, Maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation. Repair or replace defective parts using appropriate tools and techniques. Collaborate with team members to design effective HVAC solutions for clients. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to safety protocols while working with potentially hazardous materials and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is required. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair and equipment repair. Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, including installation and troubleshooting of various components. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems. Skills in welding or fabrication are a plus for custom installations or repairs. A valid driver's license is typically required for travel between job sites.
