HVAC Supervisor

PAYPERKS

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

This is a full-time, in-office job. You'll work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM . Your schedule is steady and reliable-no late nights or surprise shifts. As an HVAC Supervisor, you'll start each day by making sure your team of 6 to 8 technicians knows their jobs for the day. You'll plan out the schedule, handle dispatching, and help solve any problems that come up. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit! 15+ years of HVAC experience Strong communication and leadership skills
