Job Description
Overview Medxcel is here to lead the transformation of healthcare facilities management by incorporating a new approach to providing services. Created by healthcare, for healthcare, we have a dedicated focus on our people and customers, as well as providing tools, processes, support resources, data analytics and insource strategies that drive results. The HVAC Technician II installs, operates and maintains the organization's heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The HVAC Technician II is responsible for identifying repair and/or replacement needs, then completing installations and repairs. This position also conducts preventative maintenance and upgrades for HVAC systems and equipment. This position assists associates within and outside of their trade. This position is located at Franklin Hospital
- Franklin, WI. Responsibilities Maintaining HVAC systems
- 80% Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs and performs preventative maintenance on all heating, air conditioning, ice making, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
- 20% Participates in meetings, workshops, training, and seminars, as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions.
Qualifications Required:
EPA Certification (level ll preferred- required.

Write technical materials. Speak persuasively to implement desired actions. Ability to solve practical problems.Specific knowledge-based competencies:
- Monitor indoor air equipment and interpret resulting data.
- Understand standards for design and construction.
- Understand and interpret air conditioning and heating codes.
- Understand hazards and safety precautions.
