What You'll Do Installation & Service:

Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating and cooling systems according to strict company quality standards.

Technical Design & Testing:

Demonstrate proficiency in functional design, ductwork installation, and the ability to test and balance systems for optimal performance.

Leadership & Mentorship:

Supervise installation teams or assist in the training of other Service Technicians to ensure high-quality results.

Customer Experience:

Ensure all work results in a top-tier customer experience.

Schedule:

Work 40+ hours per week (Monday-Friday) with on-call requirements and occasional overtime.

Required Qualifications Experience:

2+ years of dedicated HVAC installation or service experience.

Licensing:

Valid EPA certification is required (Universal Refrigerant Handling License for Technicians). Education (Techs): Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School.

Certifications:

NATE Certification is required for Technicians and preferred for Installers.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of low-voltage systems, safety protocols, and troubleshooting for gas/electric furnaces and heat pumps.

Driving:

Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
