HVAC Technician

Since 1992 DebonAir Mechanical has earned a strong reputation throughout Florida for providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently searching for a skilled HVAC service technician to join our team in the Key West, Florida area.

Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance and service repairs on HVAC systems Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment Adhere to HCAC codes, regulations, and Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA) standards Communicate with customers regarding system issues, explaining repairs, and providing recommendations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3-years' experience Commercial HVAC experience in mechanical service Specialized HVAC training either through an apprenticeship or certification program In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems Knowledge of HVAC equipment, wiring, boilers, and building management systems EPA certification Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license Excellent customer service skills Compensation package: $40.00 - $50.00/hour Company vehicle Paid sick leave Paid holidays
