In this resident-centered role, the HVAC Technician will ensure that those who live here experience a safe, comfortable, and climate-controlled environment by expertly installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across campus. Through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and thoughtful service, you help protect not just equipment, but the well-being and daily comfort of those who call Londonderry Village home.
Your responsibilities will include:
Keep our community comfortable year-round by maintaining and repairing HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and resolve heating, cooling, and ventilation issues quickly and effectively. Perform routine service—filter changes, coil cleaning, and system checks—to maximize performance and efficiency. Inspect, test, and fine-tune equipment to ensure reliable, energy-efficient operation. Respond promptly to service requests, delivering safe, high-quality work every time. Identify and address HVAC concerns through regular facility inspections. Complete HVAC projects from start to finish, including parts coordination and execution. Follow all safety standards and compliance requirements without compromise. Support the team through on-call and weekend rotations as needed. Qualifications What You Bring to the Table Valid PA Driver's License Licensed HVAC Technician 3
  • 5 years of HVAC experience Possess general knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, allowing you to confidently handle a wide range of maintenance tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration with team members and residents. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is essential for safety, documentation, and clear instruction. Strict adherence to universal precautions, including the proper use of personal protective equipment, is required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and complete the physical components of the position, including walking/standing for the majority of your shift. Share job details to
