HVAC Technician

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician located in Gorham, ME. The technician will install, maintain, and repair heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, conducting efficiency tests, and ensuring systems meet safety and environmental standards. Additionally, the technician may assist with plumbing-related tasks when required. Qualifications Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems Experience with Plumbing systems and components Knowledge in EPA regulations and certifications for handling refrigerants Understanding of Electricity as it relates to HVAC systems Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Prior experience in the field and relevant certifications are a plus

Pay:

$28.00 - $34.00 per hour
