The Big Task As an HVAC Service Team Lead , you'll oversee the service team's daily operations, ensuring timely, high-quality maintenance and repair work while supporting and mentoring technicians to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Sub Tasks Lead and coordinate HVAC service technicians' daily schedules, assignments, and priorities to ensure efficient and timely service Serve as the point of escalation for complex service calls, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns Mentor, coach, and develop service technicians, promoting safe work practices, technical excellence, and professional growth Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and other teams to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction Monitor key performance metrics, including service response times, completion rates, and quality scores, and take action to improve results Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reporting for all completed work and ongoing projects Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and management teams to ensure alignment on workflow, priorities, and resource allocation Desired Skills and Experience If you have strong leadership abilities, technical HVAC expertise, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service, you'll thrive as an HVAC Service Team Lead.
