HVAC Technician - Vermont IL

Job Overview Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC technician that is skilled in cleaning, adjusting, maintaining, and repairing systems. Responsibilities for HVAC Operate, maintain, and repair all equipment used for heating, ventilation, humidifiers, and air condition units throughout the entire facility. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventories, supply requests, and work orders. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Qualifications for

HVAC 2-5

years of experience preferred EPA Certification required Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable making decisions independently Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as demonstrates good computer skills Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
