HVAC Technician/Installer

Job Description:

EFM Services is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Lead Technician/Installer to join our team. In this role, you'll take the lead on HVAC system installations, perform routine preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead and complete HVAC system installations with efficiency and attention to detail Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment issues, including electrical and mechanical components Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of systems to ensure proper operation Work independently and occasionally direct a small team or helper as needed Communicate clearly with clients and team members about job progress and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure job sites are left in professional condition

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in HVAC installation and service Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems is a plus Ability to work independently and lead job sites with minimal supervision Own tools and work truck are a plus

Compensation:

Hourly wage negotiable based on experience Potential for growth within a growing service company
