HVAC Technicians

Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and system efficiency through expert service and technical proficiency. Duties Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical components. Install new HVAC equipment following schematics and design specifications. Perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures and extend equipment lifespan. Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and interpret schematics for accurate repairs. Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems and ensure proper refrigerant handling, including ammonia refrigeration when applicable. Weld or fabricate components as needed for system repairs or modifications. Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all work performed. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related mechanical fields. Minimum FIVE years of experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical principles. Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately. Experience with equipment repair, welding, boiler maintenance, and appliance repair is highly desirable. Familiarity with field service operations and property maintenance tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL or driver certification is a plus. Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) technology preferred. Proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment necessary for troubleshooting. Mechanical aptitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Pay:

$27.00 - $55.00 per hour
