HVAC/R Dispatcher and Parts Specialist

Responsibilities Dispatch HVAC/R service technicians efficiently Maintain clear communication with technicians, customers, and suppliers via multi-line phone systems, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally with excellent phone etiquette Manage parts inventory, tracking parts availability, and coordinating shipping & receiving processes Maintain detailed records of all dispatch activities, parts orders, shipping & receiving logs, and related documentation with precision and attention to detail Requirements Proven experience in dispatching within HVAC/R environments Ability to identify service parts and order Knowledge and familiarity of local supply houses Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer service standardsJoin us in delivering exceptional HVAC/R services by ensuring efficient dispatch operations and meticulous parts management. Forklift certified is a plus Ability to lift or move 50lbs Knowledge of service dispatch software, Build Ops preferred, Service Trade or Service Channel. Rotating On Call after hours/weekends

Pay:

$25.00 - $38.00 per hour
