Hydraulic Repair Technician - Direct Hire | Up to $30/hr (DOE)

Direct Placement Why This Role Stands Out If you have experience in automotive repair, diesel mechanics, or hydraulics , this is a great opportunity to move into a specialized, in-demand skillset. You'll be diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding hydraulic components in a clean, climate-controlled shop — not just doing repetitive production work. This is a hands-on troubleshooting role where your mechanical knowledge really matters. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and components Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild valves, pumps, cylinders, and manifolds Troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical issues to identify root causes Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and diagrams Perform testing to ensure repaired components meet performance standards Work with both mechanical and basic electrical components Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment daily Document repairs, findings, and test results Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For Strong experince in mechanical repair (automotive, diesel, maintenance, etc.) Experience troubleshooting and fixing hydraulic or fluid power systems (or willingness to learn) Ability to read schematics or technical diagrams Hands-on experience using tools for tear-down, repair, and rebuild work Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable and team-oriented

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
