Hydroseed Truck Operator - CDL A Required

Job Description We are seeking a dependable and motivated Hydroseed Truck Operator to join our erosion control team. This position involves operating a hydroseed truck and related equipment for erosion control applications on active job sites. This is a hands-on role requiring physical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in outdoor environments. Responsibilities Operate hydroseed trucks and erosion control equipment Load and haul equipment to and from job sites Perform physical labor, including loading materials and managing hoses during applications Ensure equipment is loaded, unloaded, and operated safely and efficiently Conduct basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures Requirements Valid CDL Class A license (required) Experience operating hydroseed trucks preferred Ability to self-manage and work independently Physically capable of performing job duties outdoors Strong work ethic and reliability Training & Advancement On-the-job training provided Performance-based raises available Benefits 401(k) matching up to 4 % after 1 year Health insurance (Company Pays 60%) Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off/Holidays Employee discount Schedule 10-hour shifts 12-hour shifts Monday to Friday Overtime available Weekends as needed
