crews deploy nationwide to support contractors, utilities, municipalities, pipeline contractors, power companies, and major infrastructure operations that require experienced crews immediately. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for highly experienced Hydrovac Operators who can safely and efficiently perform under pressure, adapt to changing conditions, and represent RIPROCK professionally anywhere in the country. Team operators: Know how to operate hydrovac equipment safely and efficiently Can work independently with minimal supervision Are willing to travel nationwide for extended periods Understand that availability and urgency matter Can handle long hours and demanding schedules Stay professional under pressure Respect customer timelines, budgets, and jobsite expectations Take pride in their equipment, work ethic, and appearance Understand that the mission is not complete until the customer is taken care of At RIPROCK, the customer comes first.
