Job Description
Shift:
Weekend Overnight (Fri-Sun 7:00pm-8:00am) In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Organize, prioritize, and direct a team of associates purifying oligonucleotides Assist with associate training, evaluations, performance management, and development Communicate with management and associates to advocate for associate concerns and help ensure management directives are carried out The essential requirements of the job include: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience such as two years of expertise 12 months IDT lab experience and proficient in two production functions Understanding of the full value stream It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: A Bachelor's degree is preferred Using continuous improvement tools Extensive computer skills which include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, PowerBi, SAP This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employeesNote:
