ICU Advanced Practitioner Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ICU Advanced Practitioner to join our team and provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. The ideal candidate will have advanced training and experience in critical care to assist in the management of complex medical cases.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the ICU. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians. Assist in procedures such as intubations, central line placements, and ventilator management. Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies. Current certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Previous experience in critical care or intensive care unit preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
