Compensation & Incentives:

Pay Range:

UP to $48/hr. (based on experience)

Night Shift Differential:

+$4.25/hr.

Weekend Differential:

+$3.00/hr.

Sign-On Bonus:

$10,000 for Day Shift $15,000 for Night Shift Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis

What You'll Do:

As a CVICU RN, you'll play a critical role in caring for patients with complex and life-threatening conditions while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality, patient-centered critical care Monitoring ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients Administering IV medications, drips, blood products, and advanced therapies Performing continuous cardiac and neurological monitoring Collaborating with physicians and care teams to develop individualized care plans Educating patients and families throughout treatment and recovery Maintaining accurate EMR documentation Participating in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience within the last 3 years - ICU, PCU, Telemetry, or strong Med/Surg experience

REQUIRED

Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license required BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire TNCC or CCRN certification required within 1 year Associate Degree in Nursing required
