Stay close to home and build your own schedule Requirements Current RN license and good standing with the Delaware State Board of Nursing. Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code). Current ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Minimum of 1 year experience as an ICU RN (most recent experience within the last year). Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care. Must show competency with managing ventilators, chest tubes, and proning patients. Strong familiarity assisting during intubation, moderate sedation, central and arterial line placement, and para/thoracentesis. Experience with Impella, IABP, and/or CRRT in a combined medical/cardiac ICU is a plus!
