IDN Account Manager

Dallas, TX Equal Opportunity Employer Vet/Disabled Job Description- Position requires up to 75% regional travel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned IDN and healthcare system accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers, influencers, and operational leaders
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing and prospective IDN accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract execution
- Achieve and exceed assigned territory sales quotas
- Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and in-service trainings
- Develop and maintain accurate monthly forecasts and sales plans
- Strategically plan and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly activities to maximize territory performance
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM, including daily activity tracking and weekly sales productivity reporting Skills/Qualifications Travel & Work Environment
- Position is responsible for a regional territory
- Requires regular regional travel, including overnight travel as needed
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for customer meetings or events Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or business development, with IDN or large health system exposure
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships
- Strong interest in healthcare technology and solution-based selling
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CRM systems
- Professional, polished presence with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
