IICRC Technicians Needed! Dumfries, VA 22026 Full-time Full-time Minuteman Restoration is a family owned restoration company specializing construction, water, mold, fire, pack outs and more. Minuteman has been in business for over 30 years, and we are rapidly growing! We are currently looking for a IICRC certified water mitigation technician to help us mitigate water damages, you must be able to understand the drying process and able to lead a full mitigation job with little or no supervision supervising helpers. Job Duties:

Ability to treat and extract water using proper IICRC water technician procedures. Ability to conduct humidity readings, water meters, and thermal cameras. Utilize restoration tools such as crowbars, hammers, laser measurers, drywall chalk lines for flood cutting and removals of other types of materials such as but not limited to: drywall, insulation, flooring, etc. Utilizing and placement of drying equipment per IICRC standards Supervising helpers and ensuring the drying process is completed to the customer satisfaction Use of an IPAD and other applications to get paperwork signed, and photos taken and uploaded. You must have the following qualifications: Valid Drivers License Clean Driving Record Be willing to submit to a Background Check It is preferable if you should have: IICRC WRT/AMRT/ASD, OSHA, and RIA qualifications & experience Excellent Customer Service experience
