Duties Supervise and coordinate activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Manage food handling processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in training new employees on food management practices, customer service protocols, and kitchen operations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels. Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards. Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve overall service quality. Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas to ensure adherence to safety guidelines. Help assist with the new store open. Experience Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is preferred. Strong background in customer service, particularly in quick service fast food restaurants. Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. Experience in hospitality management or banquet services is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 2 Years minimum Restaurant management experience
