This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering comprehensive on-the-job training and the chance to grow within our expanding healthcare team. As a valued member of our clinical department, you will play a key role in empowering patients to effectively manage their health conditions, improving their overall well-being and quality of life. You will provide education, support, and guidance to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals—promoting positive clinical outcomes, self-management, and informed decision-making.

Location:

This position is primarily based on-site in Chicago, Illinois . Flexibility is required, as the individual will be expected to support operations across multiple care settings—including in-office, virtual, home, and hospital environments—within their designated geographic area based on business needs. Job descriptions and needs would entail but not limited to: Setup, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct upon medical devices such as CPAP / Bi-level. Inspect and test equipment function as necessary Provide timely follow-up for patients and caregivers as needed Complete documentation thoroughly in a timely manner as required Valid Driver's License and vehicle to use for home visits Ability to work independently Quick learner in a fast-paced environment
