Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Support mobility, transfers, and daily living activities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation Offer medication reminders as needed Follow individualized care plans and report changes in client condition

Requirements:

Active CNA or HHA certification preferred Prior caregiving or home care experience is an advantage Dependable, compassionate, and professional Ability to work independently Must be able to travel within Medway and nearby areas
