Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring container availability, managing carrier communications, tracking delivery milestones, and resolving operational issues proactively. You will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems and supporting high-touch client accounts through frequent and transparent updates. Your efforts will directly impact container delivery reliability, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Available Shift Times:

Flexible shift hours, various schedules Key Responsibilities Monitor container movement and confirm appointment scheduling within SLA Track delivery progress and resolve delays or exceptions Manage communication with carriers, FCs, and internal teams Maintain accurate data in Gnosis, MCL, and related systems Support high-priority platform service accounts with timely updates Collaborate cross-functionally to provide visibility and resolve escalations Key Requirements Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple systems and data entry with high accuracy Proactive mindset with the ability to escalate issues timely Familiarity with drayage operations or international freight is a plus Find your next opportunity with Integrity!
