In-Home Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Care Provider to deliver exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. This vital role involves providing personalized care, ensuring safety, and promoting independence for clients with diverse needs, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness. As an In-Home Care Provider, you will play a key part in enhancing quality of life through attentive caregiving, effective communication, and respectful companionship. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and dignity. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and preparation to ensure proper nutrition. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces. Requirements Ability to perform light to heavy lifting safely Excellent communication skills for interacting compassionately with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
