Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Provider to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care, with the ability to assist with daily living activities and promote a safe and supportive environment. They are 3 Adults with a disability. They live in their home. They are pretty independent but need assistance with daily living activities. All of them understand everything you say. They will need to go out on community outings a few times per week. No experience necessary, we provide all training. The hours are 12pm-10pm Thursday-Sunday Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Provide medication administration as prescribed, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct patient observation to monitor health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Take clients out on community outings 2 or 3 times a week. Foster positive relationships with clients, promoting emotional support and companionship. Qualifications Knowledge of meal preparation Familiarity with medication administration protocols and patient observation practices. Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
