• Part-time, Full-time, PRN, Per diem Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes.

As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly seniors and those requiring long-term care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, ensuring patient safety, and promoting overall well-being. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care while fostering a supportive and respectful environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, encouraging social interaction and engagement. Monitor and document changes in clients' health status, reporting any concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional. Aid in mobility assistance, including lifting or transferring clients safely using proper techniques. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety at home. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or nursing home settings is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and basic healthcare practices is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting clients and assisting with mobility. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare team members. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Knowledge of senior care principles and practices is beneficial. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary. Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
