Our mission is to empower seniors to maintain their independence and vitality while receiving assistance with day-to-day activities in the comfort of their own homes.
Job Description:
Are you seeking a meaningful part-time opportunity where you can make a difference? Have you provided care for a family member in the past or do you have a passion for volunteering? Seniors Helping Seniors® is actively seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Non-Medical Senior Caregiver.
Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and emotional support to senior clients. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding Assist with shopping, errands, and meal preparation. Provide pet care, minor housekeeping, and transportation as needed. Engage seniors in activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
Qualifications:
Certification in CNA, or PCA (Preferred) . Must be an older adult with life experience. Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. Have a cell phone and personal email account for communication purposes. Fluent in conversational English. Weekdays availability preferred, in addition to weekends. Reside in the Beaufort County or surroundings area for easy access to clients.
