• Contract Duties:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help clients with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry
• Escort clients to appointments or social outings
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
