Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with mobility and lifting as needed. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences. Monitor patients' health by observing and reporting changes in their condition. Support individuals with disabilities, including autism, in daily activities. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Requirements Previous experience in home health care or nursing home settings is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with physical mobility challenges. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals of varying abilities, including those with disabilities. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Basic cooking skills to prepare meals that meet client needs.
