Candidate must be available to start immediately Responsibilities Perform light housekeeping, and run errands, and ADL activities Assist with meal prep and transport to appointments Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs Follow all safety protocols and care plans established by medical teams or family members This is a continuous 4hrs a day shift. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1pm to 5pmMust have a car and vehicle insurance Additional days and hours may be assigned to the caregiver. Skills Caregiving experience a plus but not required Knowledge of meal prep Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient-centered care Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and follow detailed care plan
