Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary requirements and assist with meal planning and cooking Maintain a clean and safe living environment through light cleaning, laundry, and organization tasks Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive atmosphere for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or developmental disabilities Skills Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home settings, or group homes with a focus on senior or disability care Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques including vital signs assessment and medication administration Strong understanding of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, autism spectrum disorder support, and hospice care principles Excellent communication skills for working with clients' families, healthcare teams, and social workers Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information CPR and First Aid certification to respond effectively in emergencies Join us in providing compassionate in-home care that empowers individuals to live comfortably and confidently in their own homes.
