In Home Caregiver

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregivers to join our growing team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Transport clients to appointments or run errands (if applicable) Observe and report changes in client condition to the office Follow individualized care plans and agency policies Qualifications Previous caregiver experience required (home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred) CNA, HHA, or relevant certification is a plus Must be reliable, dependable, and compassionate Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills Must pass background check Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for certain cases) Current auto insurance (if driving clients) Ability to lift 20-30 pounds and assist with physical tasks Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods What We Offer Premium pay +$2/hr shifts Flexible scheduling (full-time/part-time/ pick ups) Paid training Supportive team environment Opportunities for overtime and growth

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
