In Home Caregiver

Overview Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver, where your dedication and skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing support with daily activities and health management. Monday to Friday but prefer candidate who has weekend availability if we need 8am to 4pm with some flexibility Pay $15 to $19 / hr- as per your experience and availibility. Two references from previous or current manager/supervisor is required required PA driving license with a car and auto insurance. As an essential part of our caregiving community, you will deliver attentive, respectful, and professional assistance tailored to each client's unique needs. Your efforts will help promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life for those you serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene standards are maintained. Support clients with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's or dementia by implementing memory care techniques and engaging them in meaningful activities. Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, medication administration, and any incidents or changes in condition. Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to promote overall well-being and comfort. Experience Prior experience working in home health care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group homes is highly valued.
