Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence. Provide medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals. Support clients with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences. Offer companionship through engaging conversations, recreational activities, and emotional support. Observe and report any changes in the client's physical or mental health to supervisors or healthcare providers promptly. Follow all safety protocols and care plans meticulously to ensure client well-being at all times. Experience Candidates should possess experience working in diverse healthcare settings such as Level II trauma centers or hospitals specializing in emergency medicine, geriatrics, or medical-surgical care. Prior exposure to inpatient or outpatient environments—including clinics or post-acute care facilities—is highly valued. Experience with Level I Trauma Centers or PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) settings is a plus. Familiarity with OR (Operating Room) procedures, teaching hospital environments, or sub-acute care enhances your ability to deliver comprehensive care. A background in geriatrics or outpatient clinic experience demonstrates versatility and a deep understanding of patient needs across different stages of recovery or aging.
