In-Home Caregiver needed in Stony Point/Taylorsville area! 8AM-10AM & 5PM-10PM

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide exceptional support to clients in the Stony Point and Taylorsville areas. We have 5p-10pm, 2:30p-5:30PM, 1PM-6PM some 8AM-10AM Shifts. We have weekend needs on these cases as well! This role involves assisting individuals with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence within their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, disability support, or home health services, and possess a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in need. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning Support clients with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's or dementia by implementing specialized techniques Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare teams or family members Qualifications Prior experience in home health, assisted living, group homes, nursing homes, or long-term care preferred Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA training are highly desirable Experience working with people with developmental disabilities, autism, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory care needs is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks when necessary Strong communication skills and patience when working with clients of all ages and abilities Valid driver's license preferred for travel between client homes Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful and personalized care High School Diploma This position is ideal for individuals passionate about caregiving who want to positively impact the lives of others through dedicated support and compassionate service.
