(hours/ schedule are flexible) She is looking for a caregiver who: Has experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Is dependable and shows up consistently as scheduled Maintains a professional caregiver-client relationship Keeps personal matters, family issues, and outside drama separate from work Treats the client and her home with respect and discretion This client values a caregiver who comes to work prepared to focus on providing quality care, maintaining a calm environment, and helping her remain comfortable and independent at home. What We're Looking For:

CNA, HHA, experienced caregivers, or caring individuals with a passion for helping others Reliable, professional, and compassionate Strong communication skills Valid driver's license helpful but not required Ability to pass a background check Must meet TB testing requirement before starting TB Testing Requirement (Non-Negotiable): You must have one of the following completed within the last 12 months: A 2-step TB skin test (single-step not accepted) OR A QuantiFERON Gold TB blood test If you do not have current documentation, testing must be completed at your own expense prior to starting.
