Healing Hearts Home Care is a growing, locally owned agency providing non-medical in-home care to seniors and adults in Southern California. We are currently hiring caring individuals to join our team! Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Meal preparation tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices to safely transfer clients with mobility challenges Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces Support clients with companionship and engage in social activities to promote mental well-being Proven experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring Familiarity with HIPAA privacy standards Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia (including Alzheimer's) or memory care needs Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts Strong communication skills for documenting care plans and noting changes in condition or behavior and reporting findings accurately using ShiftCare remote app Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support seniors and individuals with disabilities.
